Kyle, a licensed broker since 1989, is District Manager of the Santa Barbara, Montecito, Montecito South, Montecito Mid Town, Goleta and Santa Ynez Valley offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. A fifth-generation California native, he holds a degree from Cal Poly in finance real estate and law, and an associate of arts degree.

Kyle and his Santa Barbara County sales associates love helping people find their ideal home. It is their passion, and they are focused on providing the highest level of service to every client.

Throughout his real estate career, Kyle has been deeply involved in the training, education, and management of new and experienced agents. A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), he has sold more than 700 homes during his years as a sales professional. As a Branch Manager, he is responsible for overseeing more than $1 billion in sales volume annually from his four Santa Barbara County real estate offices.

Kyle has served as Vice Chair of Communications for the California Association of REALTORS® and as a director of the association since 2000. In 2006, he served as the President of the 2,400-member Pasadena Foothill Association of REALTORS, with which he was affiliated with for more than 18 years.

For 2008 through 2018, the Santa Barbara/Montecito offices ranked in the TOP 10 of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices nationwide.
